Travel with me to the Greek Isles on the Small Premium Ship Azamara Club Cruises Journey Test Cruise on a 5-day test cruise through the Greek Islands on Azamara Club Cruises. Azamara is like a floating boutique hotel with great service, food and entertainment, a country club casual atmosphere, with only a few hundred guests onboard so they can do port intensive cruising to smaller ports that large ships can't visit. Flying from Austin to Newark on United Air and Newark non-stop to Athens on Emirates Air, and enjoying my Priority Pass lounge. Visit the ports of Patmos, Mykonos and Crete, and a drive-by of Santorini, where you can see the Cave of Revelations, the Monastery of St John, the ancient ruins of Delos, Knossos Palace, the Old Venetian Port, beaches, sidewalk cafes and enjoy Greek delicacies like Bougatsa. Get an Athens tour on the way back to the airport to see the Acropolis and the Parthenon. -- Onboard enjoy the lively entertainment of cruise directors Eric De Gray and Ernest Marchain plus the beautiful voices of Emily, Grace, Micayla and Luke. Learn some disco dance moves with my dance teacher Tyson, and his partner Crissa. Of course, the band was amazing, led by Daniel Diaz on piano with Gerard Velasquez on sax and flute, Pablo Ramirez on bass, Ezequiel Cudemo on drums and Ian Harthley on trumpet plus Paula on the Keys, East Pearl Quartet and with late night DJ dancing. Prepare for the bright night party by dressing in white. Relax in the Sanctum spa and indulge in great food and drinks.
