Check out the Holland America food and menus at the Main Dining Room (MDR) for dinner from our 2022 cruise aboard the Nieuw Statendam. During our 7 day cruise, there were two formal nights and a Culinary Council dining event that featured numerous dishes with recipes from famous chefs like Rudi Sodaman & David Burke.
