I have recently returned from a superb Hurtigruten expedition cruise circumnavigating the Norwegian northern island of Svalbard on the cruise ship MS Spitsbergen. This video offers an inside look and tour of my mini-suite cabin #433, on the fourth deck. It was the first time I've ever stayed in a mini-suite on one of Hurtigruten's ships and it certainly won't be my last. I LOVED the extra space, especially for a longer sailing - this one was 10 nights. The review video looks at the whole cabin, from the bed and sheets to the storage space and wardrobes to the desk area, mini-bar and nibbles and beverages left in the room. And it also looks at the bathroom - it has underfloor heating (which is a lovely touch) as well as lovely toiletries. I was VERY happy in this cabin - we always got chocolates every day too! I also love that MS Spitbsbergen is only a 220-passenger ship - it's nice and small and personal. Do look out for my other video on the whole ship as well as the whole expedition circumnavigating the Svalbard archipelago, which includes seeing polar bears!
