During the 2012 Westbound Transatlantic sailing of the Independence of the Seas there were several extra events put on to help fill the days. One of these events was the Chef's Bake-A-Cake Challenge in which Cruise Director Joff Eaton and Activities Manager Rob McNally competed with a passenger to see who could make the best looking Black Forest cake.
