Jam Eats The World - Travel to Tokyo DisneySea - Japan 2017 Winter Day 8

On our 8th day, we planned on whole day in Disneysea. Last time we were in Tokyo, we decided not to visit Disney because of the limited time and we wanted to explore the local culture and food. But this time, we decided a whole day for it. We had some konbini breakfast that we bought the night before and ate fast to make the morning shuttle. The hotel was a Disney partner hotel and they provided complimentary to both Disneyland and Disneysea. Unfortunately, the traffic was bad and we arrived about almost hour than schedule of arrival. Fortunately, the ride was comfortable and we were able to sleep. We started our Disney Sea adventure with some photo ops in the park's entrance. We had no game plan and was surprised by the number of people in the park. It was weekend and it was almost valentines and a lot of couple were visiting the park. One tip we did know was the fast track tickets. So we spent some time queuing up and wait times can be more than 2 hours. We just decided to ride attractions without line and just enjoy the visual feast that is DisneySea. Also here are some of my observations: 1) Most shows are also in Japanese with some English songs; 2) A lot of people like the teddy bear mascot (forgot the name); 3) People queue up to buy the expensive popcorn holder and try most of the popcorn stands.; 4) Some of the restaurants have good value unlike in HK, LA or Orlando where the food is not bang for the buck; 5) Japanese fans of Disney will spend money to buy Disney costume and products. Most of them are dressed up as Disney characters; 6) Japanese teens are really good with their poses; 7) People here camp the show grounds for better position. They bring their own picnic tarps to camp. I would say even the queues were long we really enjoyed the only Disneysea in the world. And we would be back for more next time. End of Day 8
