See what embarkation for us was like at the Los Angeles Cruise Port Terminal at World Cruise Center in San Pedro! This day 1 cruise vlog provides information & tips that hopefully will help you get off to a great start on your vacation at sea. We have gone with Princess Cruises & Disney before from this particular port, and the waiting times were longer than other ports. This was for an NCL cruise ship, and the situation was no different. Please note that Carnival ships leave via a different port which is located at Long Beach- you can see our video of what embarkation is like for that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpwMzpz0zR8 This was the start of our December 2019 Mexican Riviera 7 night cruise on the Norwegian Joy. The ship holds over 4000 passengers, so as you can see it got really busy. The NCL crew members were also very stringent with passenger cleanliness as there were Norovirus outbreaks in two of the cruises before this one. Towards the end we show a scenic sail-away of the ship towards Mexico. #portoflosangeles #worldcruisecenter #ncl
