Sometimes I go fully keto, which I love, but it’s tricky to stick to 100% of the time. Instead, I move in and out of ketosis naturally and use fasting to help my body reset. I also track my blood sugar and ketone levels using a monitor, it might sound intimidating, but it’s really simple! It’s similar to what diabetics use, but more and more people are now using them for personal health insights.
