MS Emerald Princess and Pioneering Spirit Leaving Port of Rotterdam

Friday, June 19, 2020: Cruise ship Ms Emerald Princess and crane ship Pioneering Spirit leave the port of Rotterdam. Ms Emerald Princess brought a large number of stranded crew members ashore last week. She departed from the headland Rozenburg location Heerema around 13:00 to her anchorage off the coast of Scheveningen. Around that time, the crane ship Pioneering Spirit also departed from Princess Alexiahaven to its destination Brent Field.The Brent field is an oil and gas field located in the East Shetland Basin of the North Sea, 186 kilometres north-east of Lerwick, Shetland Islands, Scotland Vrijdag, 19 juni 2020: Cruiseschip Ms Emerald Princess en kraanschip Pioneering Spirit verlaten de Rotterdamse haven. Ms Emerald Princess heeft afgelopen week een groot aantal gestrande bemanningsleden aan wal gebracht. Ze vertrok rond 13:00 uur vanaf de landtong Rozenburg locatie Heerema naar haar ankerplaats voor de kust van Scheveningen. Het kraanschip Pioneering Spirit vertrok eveneens rond die tijd vanuit de Prinses Alexiahaven naar zijn bestemming Brent Field. Brent Field is een gas- en olieveld in het Oost Shetland Basin in de Noord Zee, 186 kilometer ten noord-oosten van Lerwick, Shetland Eilanden.
