#cruise #travel #travelvlog P&O Iona | Maiden Season Cruise | Day 3 at Sea | Summer 2021 Welcome to day 3, which is a real 'foodie' special! we start the day at The Quays, where we both try the Belgian waffles for breakfast. we go for a real treat for lunch later, where we go to the Ripples Gelateria for an amazing 'Ice Cream Afternoon Tea' ... from maccarons to canoli's we had ice cream versions of many favourites, with tea and coffee too. In the evening it was Formal Night, where everyone on board wears their finery, we enjoy a meal at the 'asian fusion' restaurant Sindhu. It's a beautiful setting and the food we had was delicious and highly recommended by us! After dinner the Captain of the Iona stopped the ships engines so we drifted in very calm waters for a few hours during which we watched the sun set. An amazing day!
