We tried ALL of Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady’s exclusive menu items at Extra Virgin! 🍝🍷 These Resilient Lady exclusive items were OUR FAVORITE Extra Virgin items we’ve ever had on the 3/4 ships we’ve been on so far! Below are the 3 Resilient Lady exclusive items and our scores: 🍝 Bucatini Alla Carbonara: 3.5/5 - Pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly, but the Bucatini was a little thick for our liking. 🍖Oxtial Angolotti: 5/5 - No notes! The meat was tender, the pasta was perfect al dente, and the flavors are soooo delicious and warm. Chef’s kiss! 🌿Fusilli Pesto Genovese: 4.5/5 - This was near perfection with the flavor of the pesto and the extra pine nuts they add!
