Quantum of the Seas: Inaugural Nassau, Bahamas Arrival & Departure (NCL Breakaway & Carnival Magic)

The Quantum of the Seas made her inaugural call to Nassau, Bahamas on Thanksgiving day, November 27, 2014. It was an afternoon arrival. During the morning we passed the Carnival Ecstasy, the Enchantment of the Seas, and the Disney Wonder at Castaway Cay. Nassau showed up on the horizon around 11am. We then arrived off the coast around noon before entering the channel at 12:15. Already in port upon our arrival was the Carnival Magic and the Norwegian Breakaway. The latest and greatest designs from each of Royal Caribbean's primary competitors. The Carnival Magic was the first ship to leave just before 6PM while the Breakaway then left just after 6PM. The Quantum of the Seas remained in port until a very late midnight departure.
