Thursday 13th December 2012 was a special day for Cunard's "Queen Victoria" who celebrated her fifth birthday after being named by the Duchess of Cornwall in 2007. The Duchess along with Prince Charles visited the ship again on December 13th 2012 whilst the ship turned around in Southampton Docks. Also in Southampton on the 13th were two Fred. Olsen Cruise Line vessels: "Black Watch" at the 'Mayflower' Terminal, and "Balmoral" at the 'City' Terminal, making her first cruise following her refit at Bremerhaven. All three ships were booked for 16:30 departures. None went on time. "Queen Victoria" was the first to leave, twenty minutes late at around 16:50 from the 'Ocean' Terminal. She was followed by "Balmoral" at 17:30 (one hour). "Black Watch" eventually left sometime between 18:30 and 19:00.
