RED FALCON - Red Funnel Ferries - Isle of Wight Ferry

Built for Red Funnel in 1994 by Ferguson Shipbuilders in Glasgow, Red Falcon was the first of the company's 3 Raptor Class Ro-Pax ferries. She carries 892 passengers and 220 cars on 3 deck levels and operates 4,000 sailings per annum, clocking up an amazing 45,500 miles each year. Red Falcon was refitted and extended in 2004 by Remontawa in Gdansk, and underwent a complete interior refit in 2014 costing £2.2 million.
