Our next stop on our summer road trip brought us to Dolly Parton’s Dollywood Dream More Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee in the Great Smoky Mountains. We did not visit the Dollywood theme park but we did stay at the resort which was pretty cool. The resort is not just a hotel but also a place where you can relax at the spa, swim in one of the pools or keep up with your fitness routine (I don’t have a routine). There are also shopping and onsite restaurants (one is sit down and the other is sort of cafeteria-like). If you have younger children, there is actually what I like to call a “kids club”. Since we were here during the Covid-19 restrictions (July 2020), some of the facilities were limited in terms of their offerings. The hotel room is pretty interesting and is definitely family oriented. There are actually bunk beds but you’ll have to check back to my channel to see my video tour of the room.
