Oasis of the Seas Day 3 Date Filmed: September 7, 2021 Hello Happy Travelers! Welcome onboard Oasis of the Seas! This is the first of Royal Caribbean’s mega ships in the Oasis class! This ship is very unique and innovative with an open air concept and neighborhood style layout! These neighborhoods including the Boardwalk, Central Park, Royal Promenade, Entertainment Place, and Pool & Sports Zone! Because this ship has received Royal Amplification, we are able to show you new inclusions, such as the Lime & Coconut Bar, Caribbean Pool Deck, El Loco Fresh, the Ultimate Abyss, Perfect Storm Waterslides, Portside BBQ, Sugar Beach, Playmakers, Escape Room, & Music Hall! Fan favorites for Oasis class ships are still present, such as the Aqua Theatre, Bionic Bar, Flowrider, Zipline, and Rising Tides Bar! Today is day number three and a day at sea! Today was a jammed packed day! After a quick snack at the Boardwalk Dog House, we were ready to hit some slides, and there are plenty to enjoy on this ship! First, we went to the three perfect storm water slides: Cyclone, Typhoon, and Supercell. Cyclone and Typhoon are very similar body slides that are pretty slow. Supercell is a champagne glass style body slide that goes much faster! Next, we checked out the slides over at the Splashaway Bay kids-only water zone. Because it is kids only, we were not allowed to partake in these slides. The last slide, and probably most well know, is the Ultimate Abyss dry mat slide! This is a focal point of the Boardwalk area! It did go slower than we were expecting, but it was still super fun with the themed music and lights inside! For dinner we ate at Portside BBQ! This location is of extra cost, but it is worth every penny! Then we viewed the premiere show onboard, Aqua-80, located in the Aquatheatre! This is a must do onboard! It features high divers, synchronized swimmers, dancers, tightrope performers, and aerialists! This is probably the best show we have ever seen at sea! We hope you enjoyed coming along with us!
