YouTube Video Description

Dinner Menu & Food in the Sapphire Main Dining Room This was the first time we tried Royal Caribbean Main Dining Menu based on different themed nights such as American, French, Caribbean, Italian, Mexican and Chinese. We had dinner in the MDR every night except for Italian Night. The Chili Lime Salmon, Jerk Spiced Pork Chops, Seafood Linguine and Braised Lamb are some of our favorite entree dishes. Service was very good and we did not have to wait too long to be served as it wasn't a full ship. The buffet dinner featured the same theme as the MDR each night but the food selection was slightly different from the main dining menu. It had more grilled food and featured more live cooking stations such as cook to order pasta which tasted very good, quesadilla, jerk chicken and jerk pork wrap and a crepe station. It also offered more fast food type of dishes like burgers, French fries and fried chicken. I tried the Coq Au Vin dish in the buffet on Taste of France night as it was not featured in the main dining room menu. It was flavorful and tasted very good. And if you like Indian dishes, they have it in the buffet area every night. 00:00 Sapphire Main Dining Room Entrance 00:10 Day 1 American classics on the menu 02:53 Day 2 A Taste of France 04:17 Day 3 A Taste of Mexico 05:19 Day 4 A Taste of Caribbean 07:09 Day 5 A Taste of Italy 07:23 Day 6 Bon Voyage 09:01 Windjammer Buffet Dinner 16:30 Cooked to Order Pasta Station 18:03 Grilled Extravaganza 19:49 Desserts 22:47 Quick glance at the Drinks Menu
