This is a "Partially Obstructed Ocean View" Balcony. Most "obstructed view" Balconies on the Anthem of the Seas are on Deck 6, with lifeboats blocking your downward visibility. There are ten of these "circular window" Balconies on the Anthem. All of them are towards the Forward/Bow. Six on Deck 7 and Four on Deck 8. I really shouldn't give away my secrets, but personally, I would take one of these rooms over the Deck 6 ones. The view is amazing and the negative of being obstructed is negligible!
