Royal Caribbean eliminates popular perk this week. RCCL announced that it would be doing away with its Dine, Drink, and Discover perk that incentivized cruisers to book Park View and Boardwalk balconies on Oasis Class cruise ship. Originally the change would take affect at the beginning of 2020 and all affect all passengers who had previously booked. After significant push back around the change RCCL announced it would grandfather in customers who had already booked.
