UPDATE: 4/22/19: https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2019/04/22/royal-caribbean-opens-two-new-perfect-day-cococay-venues 3/27/19: There's a lot of work going on at Royal Caribbean's CoCo Cay Island - A popular stop on many shorter cruises with RC out of Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Port Canaveral. I had a hard time finding a recent update with actual progress on the construction projects so I made an update. The Pier is open so you no longer need to take tender boats to get to the island. Also the Oasis Pool is open. More things will open on the island throughout the year.
