March 7th 2020 cruise cancelled after holding us for 7 Hours in the terminal with no explanation as to why except to say ‘operational difficulties’. We arrived at the terminal and had checked in by 11:45 and told to wait. At that time we thought nothing of it but 6 hours later after being served only water plus either a bag of crisps or chocolate it became clear this was very serious. We were promised an update at 5pm which never came and when it did we were eventually told the cruise was cancelled but again with no explanation given. For a major corporation to treat its passengers this way is completely unacceptable.
