It's a Sea & Spa Day aboard Disney Cruise Line's Disney Wonder for a 6-Night Western Caribbean cruise on New Year's Day! The seas were rough and the wind was howling, but we made the most of our day at sea. We ate breakfast at Cabanas and then headed straight for Goofy's Family Pool. While Zach and the girls spent the morning by the pool, Monica had a spa appointment at Senses Spa. She also toured Quiet Cove pool, Signals Bar, and Cove Cafe. After a relaxing morning, Monica arrived back at a very windy Goofy's Pool for some lunch shortly before they closed the pools due to unsafe conditions. All was fixed with some Dole Whip from Sulley's Sips and a trip down the Twist 'n' Spout waterslide. Since the pool day was scrapped, the family moves to D Lounge for some Disney Theme Park Trivia followed by shopping at Mickey's Mainsail and White Caps stores. After a visit to the Concierge Lounge, dinner was held at Animator's Palate where artwork came to life for an unforgettable evening of Disney animation culminating in an appearance by Sorcerer Mickey. The night concluded in the Walt Disney Theatre with a performance of The Golden Mickeys.
