Welcome to our vlog from the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi! 🇦🇪 In this video we're taking you inside what is often called the world's most beautiful mosque. If you're planning a trip to the UAE, this is one of the top things to do in Abu Dhabi and an absolute must-see. We were really looking forward to seeing the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and our visit did not disappoint. The mosque is located just a few minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi in a cab. Your journey begins by entering through a shopping area before walking along the Tolerance Path, an underground tunnel that builds anticipation before you emerge in front of the breathtaking main building. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is huge and you can see quite a lot of it on a visit. It's even home to the biggest carpet in the world! Inside we'll show you the stunning inner courtyard, the beautiful entrance foyer and the main prayer hall. While we visited during the day, nighttime visits are also very popular when the entire mosque is beautifully illuminated. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. It's definitely one of the top things to do in Abu Dhabi and well worth seeing.
