Even though the weather didn't fully cooperate and the clouds hid much of the mountain, we still had a wonderful day exploring the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center, visiting a beautiful shrine, enjoying authentic Japanese food, and experiencing everyday life in Japan away from the tourist crowds.
