About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

Last week we made the decision to book a 4 Day cruise for December 9, 2021. My original short term fitness plan was based on prepping to go on our 14 Day back to back on the Carnival Horizon on January 22, 2022. The goal was to drop down from 178 lbs (post Carnival Panorama weight gain - weighed 186 lbs when we returned) to 162-165 lbs in 98 days. I’ve been training hard and making strength gains in the gym while maintaining my weight around 177 -182 lbs with the plan to start my serious diet 60 days out. Those plans are out the window now. 😂 I have 21 days to drop as much weight as I can while trying to maintain my strength. It’s a balancing act. The good news is I know I’m carrying extra water weight due to excess carbs and sodium. I officially weighed 181.8 lbs this morning The first 5-6 lbs should come off quick. We will see. I will keep you posted! I will leave you with a thought: It’s normal to change your plans because life is constantly changing, but never change your goals. Thanks for watching! Eddie
