We completed what is known as a side by side for the first time. We disembarked from Terminal 5 in Port Canaveral and need to reach Terminal 1 for our new ship. We spoke with guest services and they told us to see excursions. Most people on this ship didn't know what the procedure was, but we were able to find someone who did understand and got us situated properly. The document arrived in our cabin and it was free. It was a lot of work to complete the transfer, I would rather do a back to back.
