About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

Before our cruise, I couldn’t find much information on the dinner at the Solarium Bistro on the Symphony of the Seas or any of her sister ships, Oasis, Allure it Harmony. So here is a quick video of our dinner. We ate here twice during our sailing and selections were almost identical except for the soups and some of the desserts. However, we enjoyed both dinners and loved the tapas style of all the selections. I would say this is a cross between the main dining room and the Windjammer. It’s a great alternative if you don’t want the formality of the main dining room or the chaos of the Windjammer. I highly recommend it and reservations are also recommended.
