Plan a day exploring on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. Hike to the rim of the volcano on Mount Liamuiga, take in the view of the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean on Timothy Hill, or try several of the local beers brewed on the island! And if that doesn't sound appealing you can always just take a taxi tour of the island. In February of 2020 we went on a week long Caribbean cruise on the Celebrity Summit. St. Kitts was our fourth stop. We booked a private tour with Oneil Tours to hike to the rim of the volcano on Mount Liamuiga. The peak is the highest point on the island of St. Kitts (3,792 ft). After the hike, we had time before we had to get back on the Celebrity Summit and Oneil took us to the lookout on Timothy Hill. This viewpoint allows visitors to view the Caribbean Sea on one side of the island and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Along the way we were able to try several local beers brewed on the island.
