Star of the Seas Part 6: Sea Day Surprises… Closed Slides & Bored Teens?! 🤔

Welcome back to Where2Next! 🌍 This is Part 6 of our Star of the Seas series with Royal Caribbean, and this sea day gave us a whole new perspective on the ship. With more time to slow down and really observe, we started noticing things we hadn’t before… 🚫 Waterslides Closed? One of the biggest letdowns this sailing—many of the waterslides were closed for a large portion of the trip. On a ship known for its thrills, this definitely stood out. 😬 Are Teens Getting Bored? We also couldn’t help but notice that many kids in the 9–16 age group seemed to lose interest in the activities designed for them… and started turning other areas of the ship into their own playground. 🍽️ Still Delivering Where It Counts Of course, it wasn’t all critique—because Royal Caribbean still delivers when it comes to food and entertainment! 🎭 “Create” Production Review We checked out the show Create, and once again, the production value and creativity reminded us why Royal Caribbean continues to lead in cruise entertainment.
