Symphony of the Seas Day 2 | Palma de Mallorca | Formal Night & Hairspray

Hi everyone! In this week's video we arrive in Palma de Mallorca in the beautiful sunshine. We have a quick bite to eat and a Starbucks coffee at Cafe Promenade before leaving the ship. We get the coach from the port into the heart of Mallorca and explore the area. There really is some stunning architecture and buildings here...and a guy in a panda suit! haha We had a good few hours here but do wish we had made a plan before getting off the ship. Once we get back on board #symphonyoftheseas we have dinner at the Solarium Bistro which is an absolute hidden gem! The food was delicious in here, one of my favourite meals we had and it wasn't too busy. We then find a place to get a drink in our refill cups and relax on the loungers. We then decide it's time to get ready for the evening activities because it is Formal Night! We really loved getting all dressed up and suited and booted. We went to On Air for their trivia movie song quiz and a drink. We love quizzes so this was a lot of fun and we came second! We then had some professional photos taken which was a strange new experience for us with the photographer posing us haha We had our evening meal in the Main Dining Room (MDR) and tonight was A Taste of France Night. We were so glad we had a reservation because the line was so long this evening. Dane was very adventurous with his starter and Laura was too by her own standards! We loved this meal, it was a fantastic experience and the service was fantastic, even better than the night before! We then went for a wine at Vintages before heading over to watch the Broadway show #Hairspray. We ended up with a great seat (apart from the people in front talking loudly from time to time). This was such a brilliant show, the cast were fantastic and I don't know if any other theatre show quality will top that on other lines. Love the music in Hairspray! We decided to finish the night with some live music and drinks at our favourite bar Schooner Bar. I discovered my now favourite cocktail the Tropical Sidecar and Dane had a Gentleman Jack, we thought the drinks package was so worth it! We can't wait to share more of the #cruisevlogs with you!
