Known as the most beautiful town in Sicily, an old hilltop town full of history and culture and by the sea. Famous for its beauty, its incredible heritage in history, archaeology and architecture, as well as for its reputation in welcoming travellers. It sits near Mount Etna, an active volcano with trails leading to the summit. So picturesque and well worth a stay . Spectacularly perched on the side of a mountain, it is one of Sicily's most popular summer destinations, a chic resort town popular with holidaying high-rollers and those wanting a taste of Sicilian dolce vita. This area is a labyrinth of walkway, alley and paths throughout one of the most interesting, romantic settings. Shops are plentiful with displays of gorgeous clothing designs, eye catching baked goods, colorful paintings, and wonderful dining options.
