Join us for the official grand opening of the brand new Universal Stella Nova Resort, the first of 3 new hotels for Epic Universe! Last week we got a little tour and first look, but this time we are staying among the first guests, in a room we booked! We will show you the full experience, what it's like to stay at Stella Nova, the food, drinks, views of Epic Universe, taking the bus to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, and even using the hot tub, even though it was freezing!
