Creator's Key Takeaways

it's always good to know the escape plan especially since they don't do an on deck fire drone

one size fits all so except for very small children we have a smaller size water but there if so is that we have to go in a live boat or a raft

important that you zip up properly that you have the hood good uh along your face around your face because that's the only place where water can come in

also saying that there is a light on the vest and there is a whistle and there is a battery for the light on the other side

Creator's Tips & Advice

Ensure your life jacket is zipped properly with the hood around your face to prevent water entry.
Be prepared for a gathering in the lounge for the safety briefing instead of an on-deck drill.

About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com Unlike a typical "cruise ship," life jackets are not kept in your cabin and there is no on-deck life boat drill. Instead, a gathering in the lounge. One for German-speaking passengers first followed by English-speaking passengers. (It is rare to find a Norwegian who doesn't speak English.) The crew was introduced by the Captain (How about that women engineer running the ship!) and then the method of getting into a cumbersome suit was demonstrated. Let's just hope that no one ever has to use it. Demo over, a few of the brave passengers went out on the rainy deck to watch Bergen, Norway disappear into the distance. The 7-day Midnatsol cruise heading north up the Western Coast of Norway had officially begun. Please don't forget to Subscribe Share and Like. Thanks.
