We knew Utopia of the Seas would have a party atmosphere with it being advertised as the worlds biggest weekend but man is it loud in certain areas of the ship that wouldn’t normally be loud on other ships. Central Park is supposed to be quiet and relaxing and during the day it is everything but this. The DJ and bands on the pool deck play directly above Central Park and the sound definitely travels down into the valley.
