The World is an amazing dessert we experienced on our Royal Caribbean cruise on Liberty of the Seas at the Chef's Table. The dessert contains peanut butter ganache, Valrhona chocolate mousse, and salted caramel gelato. When presented hot caramel melts the chocolate globe.
