Reduced fat ricotta cheese ½ cup shredded far free mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheeese Mix all ingredient’s except for marinara if you opt to use that instead of tomatoes. Add favorite italian seasoning. If you use marinara add to the top of each ramekin. Top with a little more fat free mozzarella. Cover each ramekin and refrigerate ip to a week. Heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave and let cool a minute before eating. #weightloss #bariatricsurgery #weightlossjourney
