Well, I can tell you that it is not all work and no play in this job! And sometimes even the work portion is fun! We were hosted by the Ft. Lauderdale Visiter's Bureau (sunny.org) for a tour of five very different hotels in the area. On day one we toured the hotel we are staying at which is Le Meridian in Dania Beach - beautifully newly renovated and modern hotel. Then we head over to Hyatt Place for a welcome reception and a tour of this all suite hotel (sleeps up to 6). And we end the night at Riverside Hotel on Las Olas Blvd. This one is all about being in the center of it all in a grand old-style hotel. The views from the balcony room are to die for! While on-site, we have an amazing dinner at Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grill. The next morning, we head over to Renaissance for breakfast and the fantastic view of cruise ships... yes, if you have a room facing the right direction, they are across the street from you! That is a site first thing in the morning. Our last hotel for the visit is Bahia Mar on Ft. Lauderdale Beach. This is exactly what you think of in a beach hotel... amazing views of the ocean and marina, walkway directly to the beach (not to mention the incredible pool area) and just great beach vibes. We learned that all hotels are a bit different but all have something to offer, it just depends on what you are looking for! Be sure to check out the next video of our trip to the beach, the water taxi and swamp tour in the Everglades!! Please SUBSCRIBE, Comment, Like, Share & Follow!
