Today we continue our wonderful time in Barcelona with Adventures by Disney! Today is Day 2 of our Barcelona Escape and we are exploring La Sagrada Familia and Montserrat!! La Sagrada Familia was such a beautiful and magnificent site to see and we learned so much about Gaudi from our tour and from seeing his masterpiece up close! We then left Barcelona to head to Montserrat, which is a monastery built into the side of the mountain that was founded in 1025 AD (surreal to be almost 1000 years old!!). Our first stop was a delicious group lunch of cannelloni which we learned is a Christmas tradition in Spain! After lunch we were able to explore the basilica and take a tram to the very top of Montserrat for some incredible panoramic views!! We had the evening to ourselves and we decided to stay close to the hotel but found an AMAZING Indian restaurant right around the corner at Mayura Barcelona! Overall, this day was absolutely amazing and solidified that Barcelona is beautiful and Adventures by Disney is amazing! Have you ever done Adventures by Disney?
