The staff with Juneau Tours was amazing and although we didn't see whales very close (many did...just not our day) we highly recommend them if considering booking an excursion outside of the cruise line. We went on a whale watch and then a bus ride over to Mendenhall Glacier. My son and I walked to Nugget Falls as well.
