Our adventure began with a visit to a local monument and museum 🏛️, where we learned about the rich heritage of the Dominican Republic. But the true highlight of the day was our stop at La Aurora Cigar Factory, the oldest cigar factory in the country! Here, we got a behind-the-scenes look at the intricate art of cigar-making 👀, watching skilled artisans hand-roll cigars with amazing precision. It was an experience that gave us a new appreciation for this traditional craft. After our tour, we indulged in a delicious, authentic Dominican lunch 🍽️, complete with flavors that truly captured the essence of the island. Each bite was unforgettable! Back on board the Sun Princess, we prepared for an exciting night ahead. We started with a wonderful dinner in the main dining room, enjoying each course in a beautiful setting. Afterward, we headed to The Dome for a breathtaking Cirque-style show 🤹‍♂️. The acrobatics and stunning visuals were incredible and kept us on the edge of our seats! To top off the evening, we watched the Playlist Production show, Fiera 🎭, which was packed with high-energy performances that had the entire audience captivated. And to wrap up this amazing day, we joined the 80s Party 🎶, dancing and singing along to classic hits under the stars. 📸 This day was packed with unforgettable experiences, from exploring Amber Cove to enjoying all the entertainment on the Sun Princess.
