We see wild donkeys who let us pet them, flamingos in their natural habitat, and take a dip in water that looks more clear than a swimming pool. We have a great lunch from a food truck in the midst of our beautiful adventure. There is some unfortunate history as slaves worked the salt mine’s many years ago, so this paradise is not exempt from a bad period in history.
