Home of Belgian chocolate, Belgian waffles, Belgian beer and world's finest and most expensive lace with amazing culture, history and food. Birthplace of The Smurfs and Tin Tin. There are so many fantastic things to do in Brussels and cities nearby that you need in reality about 2 weeks to do all attractions. We only had 5 days, and a must was also nearby cities of Ghent, Brugg and Leuven. We really only had 2 days to see what we could in Brussels. If we had extra time, we would have visited Auto World and some of the great museums. The Atomium and Mini Europe is a special point of interest.
