CARNIVAL BREEZE - Departure from Port of Southampton for Cadiz in Spain 17/05/20

On the 17th May 2020 Carnival Cruise Line 'Carnival Breeze' left Southampton's Mayflower Cruise Terminal at 20:03pm to continue her crew repatriation voyage to Cadiz, she had originally arrived in Southampton on the 16th May 2020 from Cape Canaveral USA. She blew her horn 3 times as she passed the Silversea Cruises 'Silversea Spirit' that was in 104 berth and 'Silversea Spirit' replied with 3 blasts on her horn then 'Carnival Breeze' responded with a single exchange back and then 'Silver Spirit' had to have the last single horn exchange back to 'Carnival Breeze'. As 'Carnival Breeze' was approaching Silversea Cruises 'Silver Cloud' which was at the QE2 Cruise Terminal berth a distant exchange of horns could be heard. It was a bit breezy from where I filmed the departure of 'Carnival Breeze' and there was a fair crowd who gathered to watch this rare moment in Southamptons history of cruise ship visits, it was great to witness the arrival and departure of this ship.
