For months cruise lines have extended their pauses from sailing as a result of the current health crisis. Now Carnival has a different plan that actually may work. The cruise line plans to start sailing again in August, but only from a few select ports (Galveston, Miami, and Port Canaveral). Other cruises will return at a later date.
