Carnival Horizon Bonsai Teppanyaki tour. This is the Japanese steakhouse located on deck five, right to Bonsai Sushi. If there is one thing I can say about this venue - book early! They only hold 16 guests per seating and do three seatings per night (48 people). You are served seven courses during the dining experience, six of them are pre-determined and you pick the main entree. You can choose between steak, shrimp, chicken, lobster, fish, or their vegetarian option which is grilled tofu. The chef is very entertaining and the food is excellent. Tip: If you get the sold out email from Carnival when you go to pre-book this dining experience, keep checking on the Hub app during your cruise.
