Join us as we relive our unforgettable Carnival Jubilee experience, Carnival Cruise Line's latest flagship! This full cruise vlog covers everything from embarkation day in Galveston, Texas, to our visits to stunning Western Caribbean ports and all the fantastic onboard activities. From dining to entertainment, you'll get a full glimpse into what makes this ship so special. Our journey began with a smooth flight from Tampa (TPA) to Houston Intercontinental (IAH) on Spirit Airlines, which offered the best fare and direct route. After a night at the Marriott at Houston Airport, we took a scenic drive to the port. Embarkation was chaotic, but we made it onboard within 40 minutes and were ready to set sail. During the cruise, we explored three beautiful ports: Roatan, Honduras (Mahogany Bay): I was the only one to disembark, and I took a peaceful nature walk to the beach and indulged in some local cuisine. Costa Maya, Mexico: I visited the amazing Aviarius bird sanctuary, tasted local guacamole and margaritas, and explored the port’s shops before heading back onboard. Cozumel, Mexico: A relaxed day exploring the port area and enjoying a pineapple smoothie and oatmeal cookie, followed by a fun time watching the Love and Marriage Show back onboard. Onboard, we enjoyed elegant night dinners, specialty dining at Bonsai Sushi, and evening entertainment, including the vibrant Carnival Rio Parade and the final show in Center Stage. The food was spectacular—Carnival has really upped its game in the Main Dining Room! I even discovered my new favorite drink, the Scooby Shot!
