Welcome to Day 2 on board the Carnival Mardi Gras as we set sail out of Port Canaveral, Florida for a 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean with port stops in Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Mahogany Bay. Day 2 is a sea day and my big events are the Sea Day Brunch (which I've never had), watching the Carolina Panthers Play, a tour of the Carnival Brewery on the ship, and ending the night with the White Hot Party.
