In December, 2022, we sailed on Mardi Gras and stayed in stateroom 12259. This is our 4th stateroom on Mardi Gras, and it's our favorite room to date! This video provides a tour of the room, storage space, closets, and bathroom at the start of the cruise when everything is still fresh and clean. After a week onboard, I share my final thoughts on this room and share what makes this stateroom so special out of the more than 2,600 rooms on Mardi Gras! Stateroom 12259 is an Interior stateroom on deck 12 on the starboard side of the ship. It's a category 4F stateroom that holds up to 2 passengers in either a king-sized bed or twin bed configuration. It has all of the standard Carnival Cruise Line features, including plenty of closet and storage space, a room safe, full bathroom, complete with a glass shower door. Carnival Celebration Stateroom 12259 has the same unique feature we absolutely fell in love with on Mardi Gras - so if you're looking at either Mardi Gras or Carnival Celebration, 12259 may just be the best stateroom for you.
