The Celebrity Apex premiered in the Mediterranean in the Summer of 2021 before repositioning to her new homeport of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in October of 2021. The Celebrity Apex is a beautiful cruise ship and has amazing food at her many dining venues all around the ship. In this food review I discuss two of the Apex's main dining rooms, Cosmopolitan and Cyprus, as well as specialty restaurants Eden, Le Petite Chef and Family, and Fine Cut Steakhouse.
