On the first sea day of our 11 day Bermuda & New England cruise aboard the Celebrity Summit, guests were invited to take a free behind-the-scenes galley tour of the ship. Called "Heartbeat of the Operation Galley Tour", it started at the main dining room where the cruise director, captain & the head chef were welcomed and addressed the guests. We then went into the kitchen and saw the crew hard at work prepping and cooking delicious food for guests. We also saw others participating in a cooking class, and then were ushered into a presentation of all the available specialty restaurants on board. For your reference, we posted the pricing of the various specialty dining and drinks packages on the ship. Overall this was a fun activity the checkout for sure. No reservations were necessary- you just show up and they will split the crowd into several groups. This was from our June 2019 cruise on the Celebrity Summit. #CelebritySummit #celebritycruises
