We get one final day aboard Celebrities newest ship, the Xcel, and we are going tot take full advantage of it. We begin our day with some coffee before heading to the casino, and after working up an appetite at the slots we head over to Spice in the Bazaar for a quick lunch. We also take in a little of the Carnival celebrating the sights and sounds of the Caribbean. We grab an Espresso Martini at the Martini bar and decide we need some desert in the form of a Miami Vice in the Sunset bar. After a delightful cruise nap we are ready for another drink, this time in the stunning World Class bar. Dinner is served in Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, the gorgeous french restaurant with a menu curated by the celebrity chef himself. After dinner we have some laughs in the theater courtesy of comedian Ralph Harris. We wrap up the evenings fun and the trip in our room as we wait to disembark the next morning.
